Bukky delivered a well thought out and comfortably paced workshop that introduced the concepts of meditation and breathwork to help tap into some of our mind’s inner abilities. The workshop covers a lot of scope with an exercise at the end of each section that is designed to be taken away, practiced and implemented into a daily routine. The 2-hour workshop is suitable for people from all works of life and no previous knowledge is necessary of the topics taught however it is important to go in with an open mind and be open to exercises and ideas presented.

I would highly recommend Bukky and Essi’s workshops to anyone needing something really calming, positive and useful to help get them through these difficult times.  I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop - the discussion about heartfullness was interesting and made me reflect on my own experiences and responses. I really found the meditations and breathing exercises totally engaging and calming. I’m really looking forward to the next workshop. Essi and Bukky were very good at bringing the group together and even though I was amongst strangers I felt completely relaxed and at ease.
